Ryan's Minnesota license number is available on request and will be listed here once confirmed.

Sell My House Fast Mankato is the name of this website and the marketing name used by Ryan Quade. It is not a separate brokerage and is not a cash home buying company.

Commissions Are Negotiable

Real estate commissions are negotiable and not set by law. There is no standard commission rate. Listing terms and any buyer-agent compensation are agreed in writing between you and the brokerage before a listing agreement is signed. Since the 2024 NAR settlement, buyers working with an agent sign a written buyer agreement before touring homes.

Agency Relationships

Minnesota law requires real estate licensees to provide an agency disclosure explaining the types of relationships available (seller's broker, buyer's broker, dual agency and facilitator) at the first substantive contact. You will receive this disclosure in writing before any substantive discussion about a specific property.
